Common Projects collaborates with German-born American designer, Robert Geller to create a clean monkey sneaker. Dubbed the 1639 Hi-top, it sports nubuck uppers in midnight blue. The tongue, collar and sock-liner are in smooth leather while the heel counter has the standard gold numeral print that Common Projects is known for. The shoe is very similar to the rest of the Common Projects selection – which isn’t a problem since Common Projects always delivers a great looking sneaker – with the exception of a narrower foot opening. The shoe sits on a white contrast sole and is made in Italy.
