NIKE decided to wrap the side panel with VT (Vac-Tech). Vac-Tech is a type of seamless material that offers a smooth matte finish. Although the material is seamless, the ‘Gorge Green’ NIKE AIRMAX 1’s still offer the same detailing but only embossed. The shoe sits on a black midsole, with the AIRMAX technology exposed for the world to see. And of course…a gum bottom! This one is available in the AIRMAX 90 silhouette as well.
