Finally a shoe that pays homage to corn (cereal). It’s true, the color maize got its name from corn. It comes in many shades, one of which has been thrown on the NIKE AirMax 90 VT ‘Maize & Bone’. The shoe sports those sew-less Vac-Tech uppers, in maize. The collar runs black up until about the mid way point of the lace guard, then it turns maize – matching the uppers & laces. On the front of the tongue and heel is NIKE’s branding in black. The NIKE AirMax 90 VT ‘Maize & Bone’ sits on a bone mid-sole – the same color as Patrick Bateman’s business card from American Psycho – which sits on a gum bottom. This one drops on December 21st.
