The NIKE Air Huarache Ultra Br drops in a ‘Mint Jade’ colorway, equally as cool as the NIKE Tech Ultramesh technology – which allows for more airflow throughout the sneaker while reducing its weight. For those of you who don’t know, NIKE has been reintroducing a lot of their classic sneakers in the Ultra and Br (Breathe) combination lately. This is a combination of materials that are lighter and more breathable – making them much more summer friendly.
Now although the sneaker maintains the same DNA as before, some of the aspects have been altered to ensure a lighter and more comfortable wear. In previous versions you’d see plastic hardware – such as the heel clip on the back – this time, the shoe has switched plastic for an elastic band-like material. The side panel, which was made out of a thick leather, has been replaced with a much lighter Hyperfuse.
On the bottom is what’s known as an ‘Ultra Sole’…this is where some of the parts of the predecessor have been shaved off ensuring a lighter, more flexible and comfortable product. On this particular colorway, the mid and bottom are completely tonal in that cool mint jade. Overall the shoe looks nearly identical as before but this one is much more comfortable.
