Mr. Okuyama began as a jewelry maker in Tokyo, and within three years of working at the company he decided to quit his job and pursued his dream of shoe-making. At 29, he finally began living.
I was pretty sure that if I stayed in that company until I retire, life would be very stable and not bad but I would end up my life with the question “Did I really live a life that I can call my own?”
