The Italian label famous for their unique and luxurious styles of handmade footwear have decided to expand to clothing. Berluti will be more than just a footwear line in 2013. They will offer the same hand-stitched buttonholes, hand-painted leather jackets and artisinal details that we would expect from them. Basically the level of craftsmanship for the clothing will match the shoes.

The windbreaker uses Stone Island’s innovative ‘Membrana’ fabric; it’s very lightweight yet wind proof, water resistant and breathable. We’re not exactly sure how they achieved this but it has something to do with their unique laminating and garment dying process. There’s also a roll-away hood that’s stashed in the back of the collar. If you live in a windy/rainy city, this is the jacket for you.
